Our Fees

We offer competitive, transparent pricing, and will provide a fixed quotation before our appointment. Our notary fees are based on a basic rate of £250.00 per hour (excluding VAT). This includes the time taken to complete the whole notarial matter, including document checks and the time taken to prepare the official records.

There may be a discount for bulk notarisation.

We also offer additional services on request, such as:

Consular services
Disbursements

Third party costs may be applicable, but this will be advised. Costs will not be incurred without your consent. These disbursements may include fees from translators, couriers, consulates, and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).

VAT (Value Added Tax) will be applied to our fees if applicable. Our VAT registration number is 351099207.
